Used water drain / mop claening

After mop cleaning, wastewater does not drain. Ultimately, cleaning ends with a message stating the water level is abnormal, and the tray is filled with water as shown in the photo below. There is also very little water in the wastewater tank. The wastewater tank is properly installed and has been checked multiple times. Please confirm how this can be resolved.

If it USED to work and you still hear it trying to empty the mop area, I'd guess something large is blocking the path between the tray and the tank.

Theres no much water in the tray i see water going into the dirty water tank

If you put your own soap or fabuloso style product in the clean water tank you will run into this issue due to it detecting the foam that it creates while washing the mop.  Hope that helps
