X40 Ultra not completing cleaning

My x40 will do half of its scheduled job then it will go home and charge then never resume cleaning. Says it hasn’t completed a cleaning since 1/27. I’ve cleaned the sensors and restarted it. I also disabled and re enabled recharge and resume. I also turned off eco charging, and do not disturb. Nothing has helped.

We are experiencing the same issue!

Make sure this setting is on. GoTo Settings – More functions – Resume cleaning mode.
