Retractable legs settings

Currently there are two settings for the legs: go over obstacle with two legs at once, or one at a time.

I have an IKEA chair that robot can’t properly climb over. I wish I could disable retractable legs completely, since I can’t mark that zone in the map (with the chair being moved).

Maybe, just maybe, we need an option to mark area (not a line) where the legs can’t be used on the map
