Wall Charger

Even though I am meticulous in my care and maintenance of my charger is appears that at least on of the pins has corrosion and there is a white substance leaking from the magnetic head. How do I get a replacement charger?

You’re way ahead of me!  I just got my Z1 and can’t figure out where to put what you show in to the bot to charge … HELP

Would like to know as well. After a year of use, charging doesnt start unless I spend 5 minutes adjusting the connector on the magnetic pads…
