X 50 ultra not vaccuming

I see X50 ultra have got some issues while vaccuming, it’s not cleaning in standard pattern. Reaching out to customer service but the response is very slow as sloth

I think it’s in your settings. Under clean genious. Under Route: Standard is what I use

yeah i would use the same but still it’s not following the pattern and leaving the debris behind.

Did u do a pre mapping first instead of just running it?

X50 - had for 3 months did great and now it does exactly same erratic behavior. I have deleted maps and had it fast map from new. Started to do better than after one room said it was stuck with NOTHING around it or tangled with anything.

Figure anything out?
