Pooling smelly water

Hi! I have the L10s Pro Ultra… underneath the docking station (the removable easy to clean part) there is pooling dirty water that stinks. Since it’s part of the large machine there is no way to easily bring to the sink or yard to spray out. Should there be sitting water there? Suggestions? Pic of area already cleaned.

Press and hold pwr button for 3 seconds. This may or will add water to the base. Once cleaned, press and hold the pwr button for 3 seconds to suck up the water.
