X50 Ultra stuck in a small cleaning pattern loop

I'm testing my brand new X50 and I’ve experience 3 cases in which the X50 Ultra got stuck in a loop trying to vacuum the same small spot for hours on end, running out of battery power, going back to the base to recharge, and then returning to that same spot to continue being stuck in a loop.

Not a great experience, because it I had not being home it would have caused trouble!

These spots were all in the same room, and in all cases there were no obstacle that were keeping the robot locked in that area. I mean the robot was able to stop and go back to recharge and then come back to the same spot, so it's defitely not a obstacle issue.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm running the latest robot software (as on Feb 18th 2026), and latest phone app.

I think I need to elaborate on the stuck cases:
   - in two of them the robot kept moving back and forth within a small area, retracing the same path over and over again.
   - in the third case the robot kept hitting (bumping) the same spot on wall constantly, never understanding that there indeed was a wall there, and not moving to a different area.
