Same problem. It never did this before. Recently it cant find the dock. I have to switch it off and then back on at the dock. What is the issue? Anyone ever get a reply or solution on this issue?
Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear that your Aqua10 Roller is having trouble docking with the base station — we understand how frustrating that can be.
The Aqua10 Roller may fail to dock with the base station due to several reasons. Here are the troubleshooting steps:
Apply grease: Apply some grease to the docking position of the base station (as shown in the picture). This will help ensure that the robot docks with the base station more smoothly.
Wipe clean: After applying grease, make sure to wipe off any excess grease to avoid affecting the docking effect.
Reinstall the washboard: Remove the mop pad and washboard, and then reinstall the washboard to ensure that it is firmly installed to ensure that the robot can work properly.
Clean charging contacts: Wipe the charging pad of the robot and the charging contacts of the base station to ensure that there is no dirt or dust blocking the contact. At the same time, check whether there is any foreign object stuck on the drive wheel. If there is, please clean it in time.
Restart the base station and robot: Disconnect the power supply of the base station and wait for about 2 minutes before re-powering it. At the same time, restart the robot. Then try to recall the robot again to see if it can return to the base station normally.
After-sales repair: If the above troubleshooting still does not work, please arrange for the whole machine to be repaired so that we can provide you with more professional services.
