Louder than before

My robot become so loude just sound like cracking noise. Is anyone had experience that issue? It’s sounds like a motor noise.

Check to see if you have something stuck going around and around in the brushes.

The vacuum cleaner is louder than before and emits a rattling sound, which may be caused by the following reasons:
1.
Main brush or side brush tangled with foreign objects: Hair, cords, or other debris wrapped around the main or side brushes can cause abnormal noises during operation. Please inspect and remove any tangled items from the main and side brushes.
2.
Clogged filter: A blocked filter reduces suction power and may increase noise levels. Clean or replace the filter.
3.
Hard objects sucked in: Small stones, glass shards, or other hard particles caught in the main brush or dustbin may collide internally, producing rattling sounds. Inspect and remove any debris.
4.
Hub motor or tire issues: Foreign objects on tire surfaces, severe wear, or loose hub motor connections may cause abnormal noises during operation.
5. Suction setting too high: Setting the suction level too high (e.g., Powerful mode) generates significant noise. Adjust to Standard or Quiet mode as appropriate.

Same problem. Was on the phone with them multiple times. And look…. They really think their customers that stupid ?
