Not emptying Robot’s dust bin

Hi, recent purchase here. The dust bin is not being emptied despite the dust bin container’s suction sound. I have checked both the air passage through the robot and base container, but the robot’s dust bin remains full. The bag is properly placed -white light

The L20 Ultra features automatic dust collection, but users still need to manually clean the dustbin and filters periodically. For larger homes or during initial use (as it cleans areas often overlooked during manual cleaning, resulting in higher dust levels during the first sweep), we recommend promptly emptying the dustbin manually or adjusting the dust collection frequency to high. The robot's dustbin requires regular inspection and maintenance by the user, with a recommended maintenance frequency of at least 1-2 times per week.

To help you maintain optimal cleaning performance, please follow these steps:

1.Please open the robot's cover by lifting the lid to access the dust bin.
2.Please press the dust bin latch to release and remove the bin from the robot.
3.Please open the dust bin cover and empty its contents into a trash bag (Please refer to Figure 1).
4.Please clean the dust collection area using a soft brush or cloth to remove any remaining debris.
