Vacuum suction is poor after 6 months

My device is no longer performing its vacuum cycle as well as it used to. I upped the power to the max setting in the app and it still will not pickup obvious dirt or dust items in its path. It used to do this even on the lowest setting but now no longer. I have made sure the wheels are clear of debris or hair, made sure they rebound, made sure the vacuum blades are clear and rotate freely. Any suggestions please thanks.

Please confirm whether there is wind blowing out of the air outlet while the robot is vacuuming.  

1. If wind is blowing out, this indicates the fan is working properly.
- We recommend cleaning the dust box and filter to ensure the device’s suction remains unobstructed.
- Additionally, please increase the suction power and perform multiple cleaning cycles to improve the overall cleaning effect.  

2. If there is no wind blowing out of the air outlet during vacuuming and no fan operation sound is heard, this may mean the fan is abnormal and the device requires a repair.

Same thing with mine. It's being horrible at picking up things.

I have same problem

I have the X60 Ultra and recently cleaned my air filter and noticed an immediate improvement (I hadn’t noticed a decrease but was just exploring)

My dust bax was full it is not emptying into bag. I manually clean it after each use and now it is picking up

My little guy is whistling and I need a new book of cleaning instructions can I get another book

My side brush said it was tangled I took it off made sure every all clear and put new one on. I am still gettin the error.  Is there a way to reset it

You’re definitely not the only one dealing with this issue. My robot worked perfectly before the update, but now it leaves dirt behind and completely ignores my custom settings. The ‘smart’ setting is completely useless. Really frustrating to see such a downgrade in performance.
