[X50 Ultra] Vacuum suction is poor after 6 months

Hello
My device is no longer performing its vacuum cycle as well as it used to. I upped the power to the max setting in the app and it still will not pickup obvious dirt or dust items in its path. It used to do this even on the lowest setting but now no longer. I have made sure the wheels are clear of debris or hair, made sure they rebound, made sure the vacuum blades are clear and rotate freely. Any suggestions please thanks.

To help identify and resolve the problem efficiently, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:  

Please confirm whether there is wind blowing out of the air outlet while the robot is vacuuming.  

1. If wind is blowing out, this indicates the fan is working properly.
- We recommend cleaning the dust box and filter to ensure the device’s suction remains unobstructed.
- Additionally, please increase the suction power and perform multiple cleaning cycles to improve the overall cleaning effect.  

2. If there is no wind blowing out of the air outlet during vacuuming and no fan operation sound is heard, this may mean the fan is abnormal and the device requires a repair.
