Water leaking from base

My device continues to leak water inside the base where the mops are cleaned. The water is excessive and I don’t know why it is doing this. Puddles of water dripped down the base to the front.

We are having the same issue and it still does it even when you turn off the mop function

Do they have a costumer service number?

Hello all, I recently purchased the same device. It mapped the house perfectly ran for one cycle and now it will not charge even after being on the base for several days and remains Offline . I’ve contacted the company and they are working towards a solution but just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I’m hoping it’s user error.

I am also having issues with it. The machine don't mop areas showing on my house map. She cleans some areas and not other. What to do. Plus zi also found water on the base too.

I saved our recept I bought it from Amazon we kept the box. They have no clue about their own machine they just send us a email. We had a Roomba before and Roomba was always a good company. But we learned they went into Bankruptcy and a Chinese company bought them out. I really hope I gave no issues or I will send this back and let Amazon deal with them.
I am hoping we have no issues.

I had the overflow . Took the back off of the station and sure enough there was a water hose not attached. I attached it into place and no more leaks!
