Aqua 10 Ultra Roller shipped without washboard filter

I just received my Aqua 10 Ultra Roller yesterday and set it up last night. I let the firmware update overnight and sent it out to do a vacuum run before going to work today. Tonight I filled the clean water tank and detergent tanks eager to send it on its first Clean Genius run but was sent the notification that the washboard filter was not installed. I removed the robot and sure enough, my brand new device was shipped without the washboard filter. How can a get this part so I can use the mopping feature of my brand new robot?
