Why does the L50 ultra need to charge when 85% battery left

Thank you for your question. The L40 Ultra robot's frequent pauses during cleaning may be due to the following reasons and troubleshooting methods:

1. The robot may be stuck in a sleep mode.

2. The robot may be unable to charge successfully at the base station, causing it to run out of power and shut down. Possible causes include the base station not being powered on or poor contact between the robot and the base station.

3. The robot may have an internal malfunction. Please contact customer service.
