Cleaning liquid issue.

I have not had to refill my cleaning liquid for over a month because it’s not being used and I’ve looked up everything of how to use it or fix it and it is still not working. Any advice. I’m probably gonna send it back defective.

I got the X60 Ultra one month ago and mine does not use any of the detergent to clean the mop pads. I wrote customer support and they had me run a mop cleaning pad cycle then remove and shake the waste water tank then open to see if there were any bubbles or suds in the tank. Bubbles indicates the detergent is being used. I did not have any bubbles. They had me send a video of the process and I included photos of the settings in the APP. I am waiting for a reply. You may want to email customer support on the Dreame web site.
