Hello! We are the RoboVac Ratings and News committee! This committee is dedicated to providing information about RoboVacs and providing the daily news around the Dreame Forums. We and our CEO X50 are happy to answer and questions you have and take anything you find in the forums interesting. This is actually not spam stuff because we do news about Dreame products and do reviews and tips! Things to help y’all! That’s all, and we’ll be working hard making our next posts. Comments? Ours is junk, bought from Target and it has never picked anything up. It rolls it together and leaves it around the house. Not 1 bit of dust of hair in the bag after using it 9 times. Tried customer service and thats a joke. I can ship the whole thing back for them to look into and not have a vacuum.........seems like I paid almost $1000 for junk, with no customer support.  Will never recommend this Brand.
