Not working like it used to

I have had my L10 ultra heat robot for a month and a half and now it’s not picking up dirt like it used to. I have cleaned it out. I’ve replaced the mop pads. It’s missing a lot of dirt. I also notice when going over rugs it kicks all the dirt onto the tile floor next to the rug and doesn’t suck it up.
