Reading Mode

I cannot get my machine to work. I’ve left it powered off for days because lights won’t stop blinking. This is brand new, used maybe 10 times. Powered back up and all 3 lights still blinking. I pushed reset button and tried every suggestion found. Customer service for this product is crap. I can’t get a person on the phone.
