[D10 Plus Gen 2] Side brush keeps detaching on D10 Plus Gen 2

I’ve noticed that the side brush on my D10 Plus Gen 2 falls off very easily during cleaning cycles. It seems to happen most often when the vaccums side brush gets caught in wires. I have made sure it is snapped in correctly, but it continues to come loose. Is anyone else experiencing this, or is there a trick to getting it to stay secure?
