LDS cannot be lifted

We have decently new Aqua 10, it suddenly stopped (in the middle of cleaning process) and kept repeating "please place me in open area". Despite moving it to open area it keeps repeating same message.

Attached notification

Contacted support couple of times, to eventually get hung up. (Yes its in open area. The setting is "security clearance")
