[X50 Ultra] Detergent Dispenser

Got this vacuum approximately a month and a half ago. It worked really good for the first couple weeks as far as wet mopping and using the detergent but for the past month, it constantly gives me a notification on my phone saying that the "detergent is low" even though it is completely full. I do understand that it uses very minimal amount to clean just the pads but as stated by previous procedure solution steps, I should be able to smell the solution or even shake the waist bin and see a few bubbles. I see none of that or smell it so that tells me that it is not dispensing the detergent. Steps I took to try to solve this was clean the contact points on the back of the detergent box and inside of the docking station, gently cleaned both ports, and ran hot water into the detergent box just in case detergent may have caked up causing a blockage. I've used only the designated Dreame detergent that it says to use and yes, I do have the clean mop with detergent activated in the settings bar. Thank you in advance.
