L40 Ultra stuck on “spot cleaning”

Hi, my L40 Ultra machine has been working flawlessly for my family since we bought it. Recently however it is having trouble with the biggest and heaviest traffic room. It won’t clean the regular route. It drives around randomly and does certain spots before heading back to the dock. I’ve tried partitioning the room and I’ve also deleted the map and remapped my whole house. It’s still not working correctly. What can I do?
