Dreame X50 Series

My unit is supposed to automatically insert detergent for mopping, but after using it about six maybe seven times it doesn’t appear to be using any detergent. The detergent level hasn’t changed since I first filled it up! Is there something I might have missed that needs to be done?

I had the same issue . They took my robot to fix and send it back to me in worse shape……
