[X50 Ultra] Not emptying into dock

My vacuum onboard storage container keeps on getting too full and jammed so it can’t empty itself into the dock. I have it set to empty very frequently as I have two labradors that shed a lot but it gets blocked every single day and the only way to fix it is to remove the container and empty it myself. Any ideas?
