Will not return to dock

My vacuum will do its regular cleaning. It will state it is going back to the dock and it head there. Gets right in front of the dock, stops does a circle and moves further away. It does this multiple times and never returns to the dock. I have tried resetting it.

I am having the same problem and I don’t know what’s wrong, but I can’t find the dock. I’ve reset it multiple times and it still is going in circles.

Same. Mine tries to go up the ramp but just doesn’t connect, then it comes back down the ramp and turns off in front of it. I have turned unit off/on, remapped and cleaned the sensors. None of those has worked.
