How do I resolve this question?

I have an X 50 ultra. When I set it to mop and vac at the same time, it diverts over to mop and vac separately. What am I doing wrong?

Again, I’m asking for some input. My X 50 ultra jumps from mop and vac (which I want) ….to mop and vac separately. I’ve set it to mop and vac, but for some reason it diverts to mop and vac again.
