Dirty mop water leaking from dock

Why is dirty water leaking out of the dock and pooling on my floor? I typically run it in the evening so I don’t see it until the next morning, but it’s basically ruined the carpet underneath and I’ve had to use my carpet cleaner to get the crusty dirt up, but it keeps happening. I have the Aqua 10 ultra roller, brand new in February 2026
