Error 404

Hello Dreame Team,

I would like to report an ongoing issue that has been affecting my device for several days now: the “Error 404” within the app (x50 ultra)

I have already attempted all standard troubleshooting steps, including:

* Factory resetting the device
* Reinstalling the application
* Switching networks and routers
* Creating a new account

Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the issue.

What is particularly concerning is that I am not the only one experiencing this problem. Multiple users across different forums and communities are reporting the exact same “Error 404” issue during the same time period. This strongly suggests that the problem may be related to Dreame’s servers or backend services rather than individual devices or user configurations.

At the moment, the error prevents normal use of the device, including accessing maps and basic functionality, which significantly impacts the user experience.

I kindly ask Dreame to:

* Acknowledge this issue publicly
* Provide information about its cause
* Share an estimated timeline for a fix

Your transparency and communication would be greatly appreciated by all affected users.

My machine has started giving me the roller mop era several times with no way to resolve the issue.  I've cleaned and reset it only to have the save thing happen again. What do I do
