Constant LSD Error

I just received my X 50 vacuum yesterday. I can only get it to vacuum for a few minutes before it throws an LSD error. It’s showing me to clean debris on the retractable sensor on top, but every time the air happens the sensor goes down into the vacuum so I can’t check it. I’ve done every troubleshooting method from the manual to ChatGPT. Did I just get a faulty vacuum? I see others having the LSD error too
