Abnormal Docking and invisible obstacles

I bought a Dreame L50 Ultra from Amazon in January, and for a $1,000 vacuum, it’s been a massive headache. I feel like I’m constantly "babysitting" it just to get the floors done.

The main problems:

Docking issues: It stops right in front of the base but refuses to actually go in and charge.

Wandering: It often cleans the same small spot over and over or moves around aimlessly like it's lost.

"Ghost" obstacles: It stops in the middle of a clear room claiming something is in the way when there’s nothing there.

I’ve already tried cleaning the sensors with a microfiber cloth and checking the wheels for hair, but it hasn’t fixed anything. It’s less than 100 days old, so it shouldn't be acting like this.

Has anyone else dealt with these navigation bugs?

To the Dreame team: since I'm well within the warranty period, I'd like to know the steps for a repair or replacement.
