Robot Vacuum

Does anybody have an idea where the repairs are sent to? United States? Or another country? I’m trying to decide if it’s worth me shipping my robot, the front wheel snapped off in the housing, or just get a new one🤷🏻‍♀️

I had warranty repairs a few months back handled quickly and competently here in Canada (Toronto). BTW, I presume you meant the entire wheel housing snapped (the wheel itself is intended to be removed).
