Side brush error

I keep getting error that side brush is stuck, it isn't. I have replaced it and cleaned the entire unit and the error still is coming. How do i correct this?

I’m having the same issue. I’ve replaced the brush and teboot d the machine . It’s not stuck and the brush rotates freely
