This doesn't even list the X60 ultra

I bought this most expensive model after researching and reading reviews that it was supposed to be the best. It is horrendous. It has never worked. I'm on my replacement model. It's even worse than the first one. I've tried hard resetting it multiple times. Support comes in the form of various emails back-and-forth and no one calls you. It has never cleaned properly. I have tried everything. I'm in the technology industry. This isn't a user error. I had an old Roborock S5 and never had any issues. Thought this would be an upgrade, but it is absolute garbage. It's beyond belief that it does not vacuum or mop more than three minutes. I want a refund!
