Dreame L50 Ultra is a nightmare! Don't buy it.

I have the L50 Ultra and it is terrible!  It doesn't clean under the edges of cabinets, gathers up cat hair and leaves it in wads all over the house, and doesn't pick up small plant leaves and debris on the floor.   My old $200 Wyze robovac worked better!!!  Dreame is an overhyped, overpriced piece of junk.  Highly DO NOT recommend this!!  

I have the x50 ultra and I feel the same way.  I paid way more for the brush and mop extend features so it can get the corners under my cabinets.  It doesn’t even turn itself at a right angle like the cabinets and goes in at 44 degrees missing more space than my six year old iRobot wouldn’t miss! It also leaves a lot of dirt behind!

Mine worked great for a few weeks. Then it just completely stopped adhering to the schedule and wouldn’t vacuum at all. Finally started working again and mop pads would either keep falling off or it would just say the mop pad fell off when it didn’t. So I stopped using the mopping function. Did its job vacuuming after that…for one night. Now it keeps finding thresholds when there are none and stopping in the middle of the floor saying it’s obstructed and to put it in an open area. Absolute trash device.

I agree. This thing is garbage. My Roomba 960 was way better workhorse than this hunk of junk.

If you can’t figure out the settings then you’re just an idiot. It’s more likely that you’re a competitor fudding around

I was surprised by it lack of suction and inability to get under cabinets but once I changed the suction power and settings for it to get under low clearance items as well as turn on the extended reach setting it has been doing great. My biggest issue is it change its map sequence so now it jumps around from room to room instead of going in sequential order but it still gets everything in the end.

I would factory reset. Map it again.
