[X50 Ultra] Not Charging

We have the x50 Ultra for three months now. It does an amazing job cleaning our place. Today it stopped charging - we cleaned all the sensor, the parts and baseboard. Still it says Awaiting in the app. We also tried to Start Recharging and Sent it to dock from 3ft. The robot navigates to the dock and doesn’t charge. What is the issue here?

In the Battery settings try taking it off of Off Hours charging.

On the home screen, tap GO, the tap the settings icon at the upper right, then tap Schedule and program in what you want to do (mop, mop and vac, vac only, mop after vac) and when.  I only use vac or mop after vac. Vac and mop uses dry mop pads, which just spins the dust in circles .

Yes. Use the map editing function in the map. There is a rename function there.

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Please try the following steps:

1.Check whether the base station is powered on normally and the indicator light is on.
2.Ensure the adapter is properly connected and not loose or damaged.
3.Wipe the charging contacts on both the base station and the robot, then place the robot back on the dock and charge for 2–3 hours.
4.Make sure the robot is correctly positioned on the charging base (not misaligned or upside down).
