Not sucking up hair

Ran great for 3-4 months and lately has been just sweeping the hair on the ground into piles and is not sucking up the hair. I’ve taken parts apart and cleaned them. Any suggestions?

Mine can not go from flat level to rug without getting stuck.  Would not recommend this brand of cleaner at all!
