Device not responding to app commands (Only physical buttons work)

I’ve been experiencing an issue for a few days now: my robot does not respond to any commands sent via the app, even though it works perfectly when I press the physical buttons on the device itself.

It worked fine for the first 1 or 2 days, but then it stopped responding to the app entirely. Here is what I have already tried to fix it:

  • Factory Reset: Performed a full reset on the device.

  • App Reinstallation: Uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile app.

  • Firmware: Verified that it is running the latest version.

  • Network: Swapped routers to rule out Wi-Fi blocking or signal issues.


I’ve exhausted all my options. I bought the device less than two weeks ago in the USA and brought it to Brazil. Could this be a regional lock issue or a server communication problem?

I would greatly appreciate any help in solving this!
