[L10s Ultra] Still havent received my vacuum

I purchased the L10 ultra. I had it not even a week and had to send it back due to "cliff sensor error" I was told by Dreame it was due to water damage because the unit had gotten wet. (This is  vacuum/mop) anyway it was a refurbished unit with warranty but of course warranty doesnt cover "water damage"... Finally we came to an agreement that my device would be replaced with same model and refurbished as well. Better than nothing ... Then about 3 weeks ago i get an email with a tracking number and message stated my replacement had been shipped. But still to this day when i try to track the vacuum it says UPS has not received the package. Only a label has been created. So I email customer service back and all they do is put blame on another department and give me no answer or update.  So now im contacting my lawyer because not only did they not honor the warranty they also stole my vacuum and lied about sending a replacement. So now im out $400 and have nothing to show for it... Tired of the lies... Sad when a company that makes so much money won't even do the right thing. Instead they would rather lie and steal from their customers. So tired of it!!!  See you in court!!!
