Base staying in sleep mode

My vacuum Dreame D20 Ultra is having trouble returning to the base. I get a notification to check the power of the base, but the base is plugged in and the power is still on. If you manually put the vacuum back on the base, the base light turns back on and does its docking functions. It seems like the base may be staying on sleep mode when the vacuum is trying to return and so it is not able to dock. What is the solution for this? Ive only had it for less than 15 days. I dont see any options on the app to turn off any kind of eco mode.

I would reload / reset the program. Or, factory reset?

I started having the same issue today with my robot that I have had for a couple of months

My robot is having trouble climbing the ramp to dock. The wheels keep slipping and after a couple of tries gives up. Just one day old

Mine won’t connect and charge, brand new!  I’m so frustrated
