[D10 Plus Gen 2] Device won’t connect

I recently moved and am trying to reconnect my device but it drops off the network when trying to reconnect, it states a failure. I’m able Lowe my wifi to the strength to connect, but my phone connects then drops during authentication. I’ve tried resetting, rebooting, I can’t get it to connect.
