Significant Issues

Honestly, my Z one pro brand new out of the box used four times with assistance from Support is not doing anything. It is advertised to do. It does not adequately clean the pool, which is a 30,000 gal kidney shape, it doesn’t map correctly, the Bluetooth doesn’t work when it’s underwater, and it works its way to the deep end and shuts down. It also never comes back to the original starting location.

I’m really starting to believe the influencers on YouTube were paid or their pools are tiny.

We have had one now for 4 months. We have had zero issues. Maybe you are not putting the charger on proper? One side has 2 charging elements and one side has one. Maybe you are reversi g it when charging and not getting a full charge?
We have a slight kidney shaped as well, it dies in the small end all the time when its done. Our fault for not watching the app and grabbing it when its low. We just fish it out with the hook. But on a pool side note, your pool needs to be shocked and pH balanced. There is so much algae in that pool that Maybe the pads are getting gummed up. The robot doesnt replace maintenance of a pool, it is simply there to grab debris.

Ive had mine in our 30,000 gallon pool (custom shape) with no issues. Deep end is 9’ deep.

All wireless signals go away when underwater thus the remote control which works well.

4 days, I have been trying with my internet provider. It will not pair. I am on 2.4 GHz. It still will not pair. You guys are lucky as long as it's running. You're doing fine.
