Just got the ultra 10s gen 2 and started the napping process. All it does is go in circles. Is something wrong with the wheel motors?

When the robot first starts mapping or leaves the base station, it may rotate in circles briefly as part of its positioning and self-check process, which is normal behavior.

However, if it keeps spinning continuously and cannot start mapping or cleaning properly, we recommend checking whether the drive wheels are blocked by hair or debris. Please also clean the wheels, make sure they can rotate freely, and try restarting the robot.
