My vac was doing this. It ended up having a small stick stuck in the corridor from the vacuum to the waste bag. I had to manually fish it out and then clear the whole system by hand.
Manually start the Auto Empty function in the app to check whether the base station can collect dust normally.
Empty and clean the robot's dust bin and filter, as a full dust bin may affect the auto-empty function.
Check whether Do Not Disturb Mode is enabled, as auto-emptying will not run during this period.
Verify the auto-empty frequency setting and consider switching it to High Frequency mode.
