Not worth the money!

It seems the users or owners of this product or brand were dealing with the same issues. If you can still refund your money do it. That’s our greatest mistake, when we had the chance for a refund we should have done it but instead we gave a chance but look where it brought us. This vacuum robot is just a head ache and a piece of crap. I’m sorry but I have to tell the truth and the experiences we had having this item.

Can you elaborate what was the issue?? I have a new robot and if it’s that bad would love to know
