L50 Ultra mop pads not completely touching the floor

My l50 ultra mop pads do not make compete contact with the floor while in use. I think this is not how it's supposed to be because it isn't the same of both sides. One of the brushes is tilted and only touches at the rear. Anyone know what to do? In the video the mop on the right is wobbling because it isn't always touching the floor :/ help!

1. Check for update in software
2. Check that uou do not have the carpet setting on, it will think the floor is carpet
3. Increase water saturation on mopping
