Mop water smells bad and I can’t figure out why

Every time it mops the floor, there is a bad odor coming off the floor. I’ve washed the mop pads, cleaned and disinfected the base, put new water in. I’m not sure what the issue is. I also empty the dirty water tank regularly. It smells kind of like stagnant water. The same smell you get in your clothing if you leave them in the washer overnight and forget to dry them.

I just posted that same question. I do have animals, I am wondering if, when it cleans, the "cleaning mop heads" after its job, just isnt doing its job. Plus it says it dries for 3 hours,  yet I can check it after 3 hours and its still moist.
I will assume its bacteria from my animals.
I am using odoban floor cleaner in my mop head compartment instead of theirs to see if it will combat the smell.

Any luck finding a solution?  I’ve had this less than 2 months, clean the water tank almost daily, clean the base, used the mop head cleaner, and it still makes a room smell awful after it cleans.
