Dry when mopping

My L40 has been fine for the first year. The last 2 mops have used no water. I’ve increased the moisture setting but still no water. Any ideas to troubleshoot?

Sounds like what happens when your shower head clogs. Is the water you use from the tap or distilled? If former I imagine it could cause build up reside just like it does in bathroom showers.
