Dragging ‘ dust bunnies ‘

So excited to receive my L40S Ultra last week. Been running it consistently since the day that I got it however, in the last few days, I’ve noticed the pet hair and other debris is being dragged under the machine and not sucked in. It’s like it’s just spreading the dirt and hair instead of sucking it up. It isn’t giving me any errors or anything. I only noticed because I picked the machine up.

I am using the machine on max suction, although that was not necessary. The first few runs, even though there was more hair and dirt on the floor at that time. It does not appear that the rollers, dustbin, etc. are clogged. Has anyone else had this problem?

Open up the vac and check the internal dust collection bin. It prob has so much collected that it is jammed and is not emptying automatically back at the base station. This happened to me with the L50 Ultra once and something was packed in there too tightly for the base station to suck all the debris out. I hope this helps!
