I just got my robot mop/vacuum on june 5th and I'm constantly getting error message that the brush is tangle. I go and remove brush and clean it but there is nothing on it..i place it back on the machine and will get the same message again after a few minutes. It seems that the robot is not recognizing that nothing is tangled. Can someone assit me with this please?
