Mapping lower floor

I have two levels. One small room is lower and needs mop and vac. Only a 1-0 drop. Upper area vacuum carpet only. No issue with carpet. Trying to map lower area and when I put robot there it starts mapping then looks to recharge and it’s 100 percent charge. I can’t get this to map this area. Please advise. AI says I need to move the dock to that area. Sounds like a lot of trouble
